calm.

I've fallen into this really nice state tonight, a state that I don't experience very often. I'm sorta sleepy, sorta floating. I'm totally calm and serene, and, for once, I'm not thinking about the past or worrying about the future, but feeling completely in the present.

It's nice. It resembles how I feel after I take a Xanax, but I haven't taken one in a few months. I hope this mood continues.

UPDATE: this lasted for about an hour or two. oops!
